REPLACEMENT OF HEAT EXCHANGERS AND GAS DUCTS FOR SULfURIC ACID PLANT IN TURKEY / Hugo Petersen GmbH

When Hugo Petersen GmbH wanted to replace various heat exchangers and gas ducts at a fertilizer plant in Turkey, it reached out to Vespro as its fabrication and site-works partner. After receiving the guide drawings, we carried out detailed engineering works and shop drawings, and managed all required material procurement (tapping into our extensive back-log data and supplier network). Having everything approved, we began fabrication works and conducted NDT for new equipment according to client technical specifications.

While the new equipment were being transported to the site, our team was in parallel dismantling the existing equipment. Thereafter, the new equipment were installed and assembled, along with insulation works. This was possible thanks to our extensive on-site work experience and know-how.

This case illustrates how Vespro goes beyond fabrication, and provides value-enhancing services towards a comprehensive product solution. 

Silica production plant various equipment fabrication and installation / egesil (an evonik-egekimya joint venture)

Egesil, a silica production plant in Turkey, is a joint venture between Egekimya (one of Turkey's key chemical manufacturers) and the German globally recognized Evonik. Vespro has been a long-time fabrication partner for Egesil and this time a new project required Vespro's fast lead time capabilities, on-scope delivery, accompanied with installation/erection and site-works.

Vespro carried out detailed engineering works, fabrication, delivery, and installation/erection of various equipment for the plant:

 +170 equipment fabrication and installation for new 1m ton capacity pulp & paper factory in Söke, turkey / Kipaş holding

The new 1M ton capacity pulp & paper factory in western Turkey is planned for operation in 2021. Vespro was happy to have been chosen to support the project realization with our fabrication and installation services for over 170 equipment in this project.

The main project plant engineering was done by a German technology provider. Vespro's detailed engineering works, fabrication, and on-site services helped the project realization. More than 170 equipment were delivered ranging from pulper vats, deinkers, storage tanks, and other process vessels.
